Hello,

Guild Wars has been using extremely high amounts of Memory (up to 500 MB for GW alone after 30 Mins of playing in Full screen mode). I know GW is very inefficient in Memory Dumps and the more places you go to the higher the memory usage gets, but this is just standing in the GH or one or 2 areas.

Another thing I have noticed is that I have an error in the F11 Menu under Sound;

Error Message is;
"DirectSong has encountered an error, please visit Http://www.directsong.com/Support for help with this issue"

I tried that page, but there is absolutely nothing useful to solve any problems there. Does anyone know of a fix, or have the same problem as I do?

P. S. I have NF and Factions CE eddition, but I never entered the Music codes as I bought them after the promotion had finished apparently

I got the DirectSong message too, after putting the free Sorrow's Furnace theme in the wrong folder (not in /Guild Wars/DirectSong).

What version of Media player and Windows are you using?

I'm running Win XP Pro and don't know about the Media player. As I said, I have the CE Editions, but I didn't register successfully for the CE Soundtrack, so I should be using the in-game Music only.
That is what's confusing em about the direct song error... I never used direct song.
